CFD for pipe air-flow...which software?

Hi Gents,

I'm new here, and hope I'm posting in the correct section...?

I'm a Mechanical Engineer, and need to develop some knowledge around CFD analysis, in order to finish one of my projects...
In saying this, I have zero clue which package is best for my needs...

The project is specific in designing an optimal air-intake system...not only for increased air velocity, but also for sufficient heat transfer...

Where do I start...?
Recommendations on softwares?
Tutorials, if any?

I can get hold of Ansys, i.e. CFX, etc...however, don't have any tutorials to guide me along the way...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you.

Regards,

U can use either ANSYS Fluent or ANSYS CFX. There are lots of tutorials along with the documentation.
