Default Looking for a code for grid generation

Hello,

I somewhere saw a picture of unstructured grid in which each cell is a rectangular triangle or a square. And then the closer to boundary the less sizes of cells become. Can someone remind the name of such code or package written in fortran? Thanks.

Unstructured IcemCFD mesher is doing this (when no smoothing iteration is done), but no way you can have the source code, I m affraid.
