Hi
What features in the software I have available should be analyzing in order to make the right choice for a project?
I am basically working in a turbomachinery passage optimization. But I need to chose the most suitable software.
I need good parametrization features in the CAD software and compatible with meshing. My idea is create the model and then the mesh with a script file linking them. Then, with only changing a couple of numbers in the script I would get the mesh. Also probably edit the CAD model (changing a curve profile for example) and get the mesh based on the previous mesh.
Something similar should happen between Mesh and solver.

Basically, what features i should be looking for each kind of software?

Any advice?

Regards
