moving mesh

hai...
my problem is i need solve the moving mesh problem.
in my problem the domain containing the water and air the water is settled at the bottom and the small ball is initially stay in the air i have mesh..
where the ball will move downwards as 3m/s. hence i need moving mesh, where can i set the moving mesh definition and how?
