turbulence model simulation in unsteady flow
Hello~ I have simulated unsteady flow with various turbulence models(RANS). In two equations models case, the solution sometimes converges to steady state. I heard that this phenomenon is to dissipative characteristics of twoequation model. Actually I don't know this meaning exactly. Could you explain more detail to me ??
Is this related to the stagnation point anomaly called by Durbin. Thanks in advance Best regards

I did many tests and the model RANS which seems to me most effective to reproduce the unsteady behavior of a flow would be model SST. dd nvs
