I'm very interested in GMRES,but I'm not familiar with it. I have no opportunity to approch Saad's paper about GMRES of 1986. Can someone give me some useful suggestions about it,particularly in how to implement the GMRES for a implicit scheme of structured grid? Thank you!

I found the following references very helpful

1. Gropp, Keyes, McInnes, and Tidiri,"Globalized Newton-Krylov-Schwarz Alogorithms and Software for Parallel Implicit CFD", ICASE 98-24.

2. Luo, Baum and Loehner, "A Fast, Matrix-free Implicit Method for Compressible Flows on Unstructed Grids", J. Comp. Phys. 146, 664-690.

3. Pernice and Walker, "NITSOL: A Newton Iterative Solver for Nonlinear Systems", SIAM J. Sci. Comput., v. 19, n.1, pp. 302-318.

4. Kelley, "Iterative Methods for Linear and Nonlinear" Equations

You may have an access to SAAD's book 1996, Iterative methods for .... Then you get a better version with explanations.
