Does anybody know the cost (annual license) of CCM+ for commercial and academic use? Thanks.

If you want to know what it costs, call up CD-adapco and ask. They have a variety of packages so there is no guarantee that what someone else bought is what suits your needs. Academic licenses in particular are given away at very low cost.
