Dear friends
I found out that Ghia etal (1982 JCP) data has a typing mistake for Re=10,000 in u-velicity at y=0.5. Its possibly just a sign mistake. I am trying to find it in litrature but couldnt. Is anyone aware of any documented evidence? |

you may like to look at the handbook of numerical heat transfer ed.minkowisch(?). i think it has a chapter by ghia & ghia where the results are available.

Thanks. I checked the handbook but the results are exactly same as in the paper(JCP 1982). The u-velocity is not correct at one point each in Re=3200 and 10,000. I am looking for some documented evidence. I am sure many people must have compared these results

Would it be impossible to contact the author and ask about this?
