Yes there is a fairly modern text that includes some source code which may be useful for you:

Multiphase Flows with Droplets and Particles Clayton T. T. Crowe, Martin Sommerfeld, Yutaka Tsuji

There also is a code that was done a few years ago which you can find on this site's source code index that did some micro-scale multiphase with VOF method. NaSt2D
