using DPM model ,the number of injections is 300/s, mass flow is 0,the injection type is single, transient model ,but when is calculating ,why is the number tracked more than 300 ???
for instance "Advancing DPM injections ....
number tracked = 25115, escaped = 311, aborted = 0, trapped = 0, evaporated = 0, incomplete = 0, incomplete_parallel = 0
Parallel particle tracking concurrency: 20%"

advencing thanks for your help

I think this problem related to start and stop time of your DPM. It means that after a definitely time the one more batch of 300 particles was added in your simulation due to unsteady tracking. Therefore the longer time tracking and the higher number of particle injecting. If you do not want like this, you can set start and stop time equal 0, it will be solved.

i got error in building the wind profile equation that contains Log function
thank you so much.
