Hello everyone,

I am new in the CFD. I studied the fundamentals of the finite volume method in some references as Patankar (1980), Ferziger and Peric (2002) and Versteeg and Malalasekera (1995). These books treat only the finite volume method on structured grids. I need some advice and suggestions on the references related to FVM on unstructured grids, particularly those that discuss details, practical aspects, or including code or examples. Blazek's book (2006) has favorable comments in amazon.com but is very expensive. I would appreciate any help.

The new edition of Versteeg and Malalasekera (2007) has described Finite volume method for unstructured grids in a very nice way for beginners. I suggest strongly that this book will be useful for this topic. I have not read Peric's and Blazek's book so I cannot say anything about them. Other forum member can correct/add anything to what I have said.
