Shape optimization
 

Hello,

can someone recommend me some good references about shape optimization of airfoils for a range of angles of attack ? Say to minimize the Cd for alpha from 0 to 10 degree.

I wonder if this approach to airfoil optimization (keeping the Mach and Reynolds fixed but for multiples incidences) is possible especially for transonic flows.
