I want to ask which tubulence modle used to solve high angle of attack case is better?????

higher order k-epsilon (quadratic and cubic) are better for seperated flows as per my experience.

Do the RNG k-epsilon and realizable k-epsilon fall into this catergory?

Never used them, I am not expert in turbulence. Just based on experience I have adviced.
