using face information in a cell-based macro

Hello all,

I am hoping to define an energy source term for my model. The source is a balance of radiation and some other information. The issue is that the radiation information can only be extracted from the face (as far as I know, since it is a flux quantity), while the source term can only be added to the cells. Does anyone know how I can use face information in a cell-based macro?

Loop on all faces, add source/sink terms on the cells sharing the FACE.

How do you think - convective flux term is added to the transport eqn

Any idea on how to do that in FLUENT? What you describe is the concept I had in mind, but I do not know how to code it.
