Hello,
I am looking for a free educational CFD-code for my students to learn the first steps in CFD. It should be: 1. two-dimensional, compr. or incompressible 2. results should be in a common format, e.g. TecPlot, .ps, ... 3. simple geometries should be easy to generate, 4. in FORTRAN Has anybody a code like this / does anybody know of a code for education? Best regards, Herwig Grogger |

Yes,
Look at the book by Ferziger and Peric. A whole bunch free CFD codes (Fortran, 2D/3D/steady state/transient/incomp/comp)can be download from the publisher's website that goes with the book. phsieh |
