My name is Bidin Sulejmanovic and I am a third year aeronautical engineering student. For a school project we are making a preliminary design of a launch vehicle.

For the performance calculations we need to know the aerodynamic proporties of the missile body. Does anyone know how the calculate these coefficients relative easy? The speed range is Mach 0 to 7. For example:

x 0 3 6 10 20 y 0 0.5 0.5 1 1 (coordiantes for missile body)

Thanks

It should be easy to do with slender body theory. Otherwise go check online - there are many nice freeware programs out there for hobby rocket builders.
