CFDRC contact person needed
 

Hello,

does anybody have a direct email address of a CFDRC representative? Since two weeks, I'm trying to get an answer to my software inquiry (I wrote to automotive@cfdrc.com, support.hsv@esi-group-na.com, webcontact@cfdrc.com). Except some notification that they have received my emails, I have the feeling that nothing is happening over there.

Is 14 days too short? Should I wait more? (I do have to say that I am used to other response times)

Support / Sales at ESI Software (formerly CFDRC) are notoriously slow in getting back to you.

I have open support tickets from 2 months ago ...

Resend them the email with a subject: "WILL ANYONE HELP" "COULD SOMEONE RESPOND"

That has worked for me in the past. I'v even wrote them a letter before I posed my question to them. That seems to work. Good luck!

Looking at their web-site, it appears that CFDRC sold off the software division over a year ago. Perhaps there has been some problems with staff motivation & competance?

I am interested in this one, as I have a few friends who were investigating the product in terms of local sales support... perhaps they need to investigate more fully?

For support you need to talk to someone in ESI. Their contact number is 256-726-4800. If its Fastran the ask for Ed Blosch and if its ACE+ ask for William. Hope this helps
