Sliding mesh angular speed problem

Hello and thanks for your atention,
We are working on a Savonius wind turbine, and it has 3 different parts (volumes) the problem is: If we use a low speed like 2 rad/s, we obtain good results but if we use a higher speed, like 20 rad/s, which is a more reasonably speed, we obtain this: It is like a tornado effect or something like that, someone could help us? we have tried everything and we cannot find a solution.
