I need to plot the thermal map of a cold store.
I plan to use data loggers to record temperatures over a period of time. The cold store will be divided into a grid 5 * 5. At each intersection in the grid I will place three data loggers at different heights (top, middle, bottom). So I will have 4 * 4 * 3 = 48 dataloggers.

I need assistance in creating the tool to plot the thermal map.
I have briefly looked at OpenFOAM, but I can't get it installed on a Windows computer. Also it looks very complicated!

All assistance will be gresatly appreciated.
I will also consider passing the data over to a third party if neccessary
