Peter Lax contribution to numerics is very great (for those interrested there is a popularized presentation of his work available at: http://www.abelprisen.no/en/prisvinn...ar2005eng9.pdf).
However, if I remeber correctly, the CFL condition refers to the names Courant, Friedrichs and Levey. Bjarne |
