For a k-epsilon model with standard wall functions: y+ > 30

And for enhanced wall functions: y+ < 5

Is this correct?

Your first comment is correct.

Enhanced wall fucntion :As I know it is some sort of Hybrid and should work for mesh with mixture of Y+. In other words there may be some cells with Y+ > 30 and some cells in between 30 and 5 and some cells less than 5. But for best perfomrance yplus should be below 10-15
