hello,
i study natural convection in eclosure. i have writtten my own computer program. for pressure correction equation, continuity equation is convergence criteria. is there a need convergence criteria for momentum equations (u,and v velocity). is continuity equation sufficent for flow-field

in that book patankar mentions only contunity equation as a convergence criteria. but for example in fluent when you select SIMPLE algorithm, 3 convergence criteria appeared which are u-momentum, v-momentum and pressure. so i am confused
