one question about nearest wall distance
 

If on the wall, there is inlet or outlet, when I calculate the nearest wall distance, this opening part cannot be treated as the wall, isnot it?

In general you may approximate a wall opening as a source or sink if the opening size is small. In any case, the concept of near-wall distance would help much, as I guess.
