Default moment- wind turbines

Force report says the total moment obtained is 1.95 N-m from my wind turbine rotor(dia 2m), wind velocity was 10m/s, i guess it is very low value i'm obtainig, could any one tell me what is avg torque obtained from a 2m wind turbine. regards Sharuk
