Best book to start with is Computational Method for Fluid Dynamics by Ferziger and Peric. You can write the code after reading this. Start writing the code first for only conduction, if you want to learn programming, too. Else use some software, like Fluent, however, you won't get the inkling about internals in that case.

Hi,

Here are 3 links to "Introduction to CFD" courses: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forum/main...cgi?read=38286 . I haven't checked them, but they might be interesting for you.

You'll find many more links to introduction to cfd university courses if you google <u>"introduction to cfd" site:.edu</u> or <u>"introduction to cfd" site:.ac.uk</u>. However the information contained in a book is allways more complete.

And do not forget to download your free, node limited copy of Star-CCM from cd-adapco.com Seeing what CFD can do will give you a better understanding of the subject. Hope that will help
