Default Modeling diffusion of cell (sphere) under flow

Hi-

I want to model the diffusion of chemokine out of cells under steady flow in a parallel-plate chamber. The Reynolds number is lower than 1. I do not try to use to CFD codes, but I really want to find the equations to start. Thanks ahead!
