turbulent jet
 

hi, have read that if i change the viscosity of my turbulent jet all that will change is the size of the smallest turbulent scales, .i.e. jet spreading and other large scale features will reamin unchanged.

is this true? i would have thought that by changing the viscosity the Reynolds number would change and therefore all jet characteristics would change!!!

any advice?

i would have thought the jet would change considerably with a change in viscoity too.
