Condenser flow

Well everyone
I was wondering if I could get some help on my small issue that I'm having with my flow simulation.
i am making a "water cooled condenser". I'm trying to simulate water flowing in the outside pipe cooling 134a refrigerant flowing in the inner pipe.
I can manage to get the fluids flowing but i am having trouble getting the change in temperature of the 134a.
The condenser can be found in a zip file below...
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks,
Pauraic

have you looked up where you lie on the T-s diagram. You might be under the dome..especially if you are condensing. There the temperature would be constant, but you change in s and quality would show you where you are.
