Hi
It is a known fact that mesh having low quality( skew ,aspect ratio) produces poor results(CFD/FEA). Any maths/procedure which correlates skew or aspect ratio to the solution accuracy exist ? Thereby we can correct the solution latter. In my case(2D) skewed cells produce abnormal gradient ( without limiter) with cell centered formulation. But node based gives better results. Any suggestion , research papers ? |
