Non-Newtonian Validation

Hallo all

I have to validate my non-newtonain code agians a carreau, cross or ellis model. Have any one a reference where I can find an analytical (if possible) or numerical solution for this purpose.

Thanks alot

Re: Non-Newtonian Validation

You can easily drive the analytical relation for the fully developed flow inside a channel or circular duct for power-law fluids. It will help you the benchmark with Newtonian as well as non-Newtonian fluids.

The following article will let you know the relation between Carreay and Power-law fluids.
