Which Code is Best for Two Phase, Heat Transfer

I'm currently in the process of evaluating both the Fluent and CFX codes. The code that will be selected will be used for both turbomachinery and heat transfer simulations. I've used both codes in the past for turbomachinery; however, from a heat transfer standpoint I'm a novice. The heat transfer problem that I'm most interested in solving relates to flooded evaporater using R134a. Which code, if any, can handle this type of two phase, heat transfer problem where 100% of the liquid refrigerant entering the vessel is converted into gas leaving the vessel. Any help would be appreciated.
