phase change modeling

Hi, i am working on phase change modeling.it involves solidification as liquid(MOLTEN) metal droplet is impinged on another metal piece. air-droplet interface is modeled as Continuum surface Force (CSF) Model. Free surface is assumed between air and metal droplet. Thermal energy is applied as heat transfer model. No mass transfer is considered.
Could anyone please tell me how should i model the phase change in fluid domain? As air, liquid nickle and solid nickle are present in fluid domain.

I got few question;
1- How can i model the phase change in fluid domain while molten droplet has to change the phase in presence of air as a phase?

2-
How can i define cp(T), rho(T), mu(T) in CFX-Pre.
