boundary conditions

i am using ansys icemcfd to do cfd model of engine. now i finished the meshing, i wanted to know how to calculate the boundary conditions. so please help me in this regard.

Boundary conditions are not calculated but imposed or implemented.
It is a part of known informations to solve your problem.

Actually I do not practice icem cfd so I don't know how they use to set the boundary conditions. You should refer to the user manual where a "boundary condition" section surely describes the process to set the boundary conditions according the type you need.
