Meshing a nozzle

I want to solve a 2-dimension DC nozzle flow in fluent. I want to use komega SST turbulence model. I have some problems in meshing the nozzle. nozzle is designed for mach number of 2.
For kw-SST what is the better value of y+?
What is the value of 1st raw thickness and number of layers?
thank you.

Parvaz which software you want to use for meshing?

I love to set parameters as exponential law at nozzle-wall,

usually 0.001 mm, ratio of 1.2 is given for my simulation

(that conditions well predict the boundary layer/flow separation around the wall)

- sorry about my weird writes, I'm not good at English -

Can you post the geometry of the nozzle? Give me some info, maybe I can help
