Could anyone help me write a fortran file to output plot3d grid file?

I find some information on the Internet. But I still don't know how to write this file.

I just want to write a 2-D gird file, and I know the details about every point.

So, could anyone tell me the format of plot3d file?

Thanks

Hi,

By this time you would have figured out the solution, but still.
The format extension of the plot3d file is p3d.
The file goes like this,

<Total number of blocks>
<number of grid points in each direction of each block starting from 1-n blocks>
<Coordinates of all grid points>

Regards,
Vimal
