Dear Sir,
Salaam,

I was trying to import my turbine CAD file in autogird but getting error 'trailing edge does not intersect hub'.
The geometry was created in Gambit with units of mm.
Can I use the 'blade expansion panel' to resolve this problem. How to
adjust the 'cut offset' and 'extension offset'
if somebody can give me email i will send the igs file to test.

Leading edge and Trailing edge must intersect hub and shroud
you must extend them
blade expansion panel works for geometry defined in geomturbo format but it has some problem with imported geometry
I think you shoud extend TE of your geometry in your modeling software and then import it in autogrid
