Two cases are loaded side by side in cfview. One 'A' is the instantaneous unsteady solution comprising of 10 time steps. Second 'B' is their time-averaged solution.

How to obtain a new quantity having following definition:-

C = instantaneous static pressure from case 'A' minus time-averaged static pressure from case 'B'.

or how to subtract variables of case 'A' from case 'B' and see this difference at each time step.

I think the functionality "Projects Comparison" (Quantity->Field Data->Projects Comparison...)in Cfview fits your requirement.
