Default Boundary layer tripping in finehexa23_1

At the moment I am performing a 3D unsteady RaNS calculation (with the SARC model) and in this simulation, I have defined several tripping locations, but the solver crashes every time.

I am quite sure that the definition of the tripping points is correct. For example, a trip file: CASE.trip:

1 5 0 0 0 0 0.1 0 0 0.2 0 0 0.3 0 0 0.4 0

This simply does not seem to work.

Does anybody have suggestions?
