Bug in fluentMeshToFoam
When surfaces names end with a number (for example, "SURF1"), the code fluentMeshToFoam raises an error.
It can be easily avoided replacing in the fluent .msh file the concerned names: for example with "nedit", we can replace them (it seems that they appear only twice in the .msh file). All the surfaces names are given in the last lines of the .msh file. Of course, we must not forget to change also the files in the "0" directory. I hope it will help those who get the same problem.
