Hi all. I've just solve tutor
 
Hi all.
I've just solve tutorial sample (sonicTurbFoam/prism) and notice some strange thing. Initial conditions says, that case "prism" has a symmetrical geometry and conditions. But as you can see at picture below the pressure field is not symmetrical and has "step-like" configuration (bottom shock wave). But the top front of shock wave is smooth...
Maybe its a blockMesh trouble and solver goes through the mesh in wrong direction (i.e. against velocity direction).
My actions is:
$cd $TUTORIALS_DIR\sonicTurbFoam
$blockMesh . prisma
$sonicTurbFoam . prisma
