error in interFoam/damBreak tutorial?

Default error in interFoam/damBreak tutorial?

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest version from git. I found that in
interFoam/damBreak/0 folder does not have p. Also, in fvSolution, saw pmh in solvers section. What is pmh?

Also, I did not see Allrun in the damBreak folder.
