Turbulence boundary conditions for k and epsilon at wall:

 WALL10
 {
     type            zeroGradient;
 }

should be:

 WALL10
 {
     type            fixedValue;
     value          uniform 1e-10;
 }

Am I right? At least the boundaryFoam tutorial does it that way.
