Current userguide talks about limiting gradScheems by "limited". However, this is wrong. Current valid limiters seem to be:

cellLimited, faceLimited, cellMDLimited, faceMDLimited. I also get an new Scheme extendedLeastSquares which does not seem to be mentioned. Can someone please comment on these schemes? How do they work, what are they good for? Thanks.

Thanks for the report, we will update the documentation.

extendedLeastSquares extends the molecule for the least-squares fit for cells for which the determinant of fit matrix is too small.
