Ubuntu: Allrun script issue

This is not a severe bug, but I thought I'd point it out:

When using the official OpenFoam 1.7 Ubuntu release (installed via apt-get):

When running any of the tutorial "Allrun" scripts (such as the one present in .../chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam/multiRegionHeater) , you must change the first line of the script from "#!/bin/sh" to "#!/bin/bash" in order to run it in Ubuntu (at least for Ubuntu 10.04) . This can be a minor nuisance for new users which are exploring the capabilities of the solver.

Peace.

Do you know what would need to be changed in the scripts to get them to work with /bin/sh on Ubuntu?

I have pushed some changes to the scripts into 1.7.x which should resolve the issues you have with POSIX sh compatibility.
