Good evening,
there is a certain number of threads on the forum regarding snappyHexMesh, the snap issue over edges/corners and featureEdgeMesh : http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...tml?1234274383 http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...tml?1233826296 http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...tml?1232879294 http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...tml?1231742783 http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...tml?1228815056 Would it be possible to post an example case in order to clarify the usage of featureEdgeMesh / it would be very helpful. Best regards, PO |

well, I have to mesh a boat's bulb with winglets. (more or less like tho one in the picture, which was taken from the web..)
the major problem is in the fin-bulb junction and expecially in the winglets-bulb junction. any ideas? thanks a lot, DL |
