Installing swak4Foam to OpenFOAM in Windows

I have tryed to find compiled verion of swak4Foam libraries for Windows, but I have not found.
Is it exist?
Also I think about compiling by myself. I just started - I found bison and flex for Windows, but where I can find wmake?
How do you think - will it end successfully?

BTW: first Google-result with "swak4Foam windows" is http://joomla.bluecape.com.pt/index....mid=62&lang=en (I'm a bit amazed that Bruno didn't point that out yet )
