Greetings orobome and welcome to the forum!

You are going to have to be more specific, because the limitation is not in the machine being 32 or 64-bit. The limitation might be dependant on the Operating System you are currently using.

For example, both 32 and 64-bit Deb packages are provided for installing OpenFOAM 2.3.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 to 13.10: http://www.openfoam.org/download/ubuntu.php

Best regards,
Bruno

Hi orobome,

If the file is corrupt, then try downloading the file once again, because the download might have failed midway and you might have gotten an incomplete package.

There is a page on the (unofficial) wiki that has a list of known OpenFOAM ports for Windows: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Windows

From there, and given that you're using a 32-bit Windows, I suggest you try out blueCFD-SingleCode 2.1-2: https://code.google.com/p/bluecfd-singlecore/
Disclaimer: I'm the guy responsible for blueCFD-SingleCore.

Best regards,
Bruno
