Hello..
i am a user of openfoam for quite some time.
recently due to my PC crashed i had to install openfoam again.

i install it correctly using this:
http://www.openfoam.org/download/ubuntu.php

but when i add the

At the bottom of that file, add the following line (see Note 1) and save the file source /opt/openfoam220/etc/bashrc

i get the following errors:

bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamEtcFile: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamCleanPath: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamCleanPath: No such file or directory

bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/etc/config/settings.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/etc/config/aliases.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamEtcFile: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamEtcFile: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamEtcFile: No such file or directory
bash: /home/user/OpenFOAM/openfoam220/bin/foamCleanPath: No such file or directory

then when i run icoFoam i get the error

user@user-MS-7592:~$ icoFoam -help
icoFoam: command not found
user@user-MS-7592:~$

can anyone guide me please

My problem is strange one
i have installed successfully openfoam//

but when i do icoFoam -help
i get the following error..

icoFoam: command not found

when i check in Opt i see my openfoam and all folders etc..

so why the command is not seen?

my mistake was in adding the line to the bash file..

after successfully adding this line it all turns out fine..
