I followed this instruction to install (manually) OpenFOAM 2.3.0. Now I would like to upgrade to the latest version of OpenFOAM (2.3.1). So how to remove manually installed OpenFOAM 2.3.0? I am running Ubuntu 14.04...

Just delete it, and clean ~/.bashrc
