while downloaded swak4Foam was compiling this error occurred:
Code:
FieldValueExpressionDriver.C:38:31: fatal error: MeshDistFromPatch.H: No such file or directory #include "MeshDistFromPatch.H" ^ compilation terminated. make: *** [Make/linux64GccDPOpt/FieldValueExpressionDriver.o] Error 1 Parser library did not compile OK. No sense continuing as everything else depends on it the file isn't downloaded correctly or any needed file doesn't installed? thanks a lot for helping.

Quick question: I know that you're using OpenFOAM 2.4.0, but which version of swak4Foam have you downloaded and from where?
edit: I then remembered you are using Ubuntu 14.04, which has by default bison 3.0.2, which is not compatible with swak4Foam. This is the most likely reason for this error message, therefore please follow these instructions: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/In...ndencies#Bison In addition, there is a page that has several details on possible problems that can occur when building swak4Foam: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/In...Error_Messages Last edited by wyldckat; August 9, 2015 at 14:39.
